V ictoria Udomi is a popular cassava farmer and proudly flaunts the brand as a local product and for export; this led to her styling as the ‘Cassava Queen’. Vicky has trained a lot of individuals and groups in agribusiness in particular and entrepreneurship development in general.
She graduated from Ambrose Ali University with a Bsc in Microbiology and holds a PGDE from the National Institute of Teachers. She is certified by SMEDAN and Federal Institute of Industrial Research, Oshodi (FIIRO) and also a beneficiary of Tony Elumelu Entrepreneur Program and the manufacturer of Soakeez – a ready to eat food product.
She’s the CEO of Kings and Queens Integrated Enterprises Limited, Food Services, Agribusiness and Capacity Development Services Company and a mentor with the Cherrie Blaire Foundation for Women – a global Foundation with over 136, 000 mentees as well as an ECD Pan Atlantic University mentor for the WomenX Entrepreneurship Program.
She has some awards and international plaudits to her name and work. She is a Youwin award winner, a beneficiary of the EDC-Cherrie Blaire Foundation – Exxonmobil Road to Women’s Business Growth Scholarship; she is an EDC/Goldman Sacchs Alumna and a Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) Ambassador. She is the Lagos partner and representative of Park and Seal Limited – a reputable branding and packaging company based in Abuja.
As an entrepreneurship advocate and a certified Ashoka Scholar / African Changemaker, I am deeply committed to the cause of redirecting the minds of the Nigerian youths in particular and Africa in general from the Labor Market and over dependency on the government into entrepreneurship.
